Most definitely!! We all were in that boat once in our life! We need to teach the next generation of walleye fisherman what all mother Erie has to offer!
Throughout the year the ODNR conducts hatch studies to ensure we sustain a healthy fishery. Over the past 5 years the walleye hatch has been phenomenal and the yellow perch are making a comeback in the Western Basin.

Yes
Safety is the number one priority of all our clients. Unfortunately the weather is one variable we cannot control and Mother Erie can show her teeth from time to time. During the summer we follow the weather throughout the week and try to communicate with groups if we foresee a bad storm or strong winds coming to reschedule for another date. We understand folks may utilize vacation and travel expenses to make the trip, for that reason we will communicate as early as possible for the sake of your time.
Cancelations due to weather are at the Captain's discretion, sometimes a delay in departure time may be needed. We want to take you fishing as much as you want to go, but if the conditions are unsafe they are just that and out of our control.
If your trip does get canceled due to weather, you will be issued a refund or we will look to reschedule later in the year or the following year, this will be your choice to make .
Departure times will vary throughout the season depending on sunrise. We are early birds so it's not uncommon for a 5:00 or 5:30am departure. You get to see Lake Erie at it's finest with a sunrise on the water!
A $100 deposit is required for all bookings. All deposits must be turned in within one week of booking in order to secure dates.
The balance of your trip is due the morning of the trip
Cancellations within 30 days of your trip will receive a full refund including deposit. If past 30 days the deposit will be lost or can applied to another date.
